These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ppk365. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the ppk365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Each player is permitted to hold one active ppk365 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, device, payment method, or IP address — will be suspended and associated balances forfeited pending investigation.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to, and use of, the ppk365 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ppk365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances pending investigation.
2.4 Verification. ppk365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or government-issued photo identification.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppk365 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ppk365 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
3.2 Notification of Breach. If you believe that your ppk365 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ppk365 support team immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, ppk365 will suspend the account pending investigation. ppk365 cannot reverse transactions that were completed prior to the receipt of your notification.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. ppk365 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity administration fee. Inactivity fees, where applicable, will not reduce a PKR balance below zero.
3.4 Account Currency. All ppk365 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via international payment methods may be subject to currency conversion at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. ppk365 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ppk365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa debit/credit cards. ppk365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice to players.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the ppk365 PKR wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the originating institution. ppk365 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must have completed KYC verification, must not have any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances, and must withdraw to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account. ppk365 applies a same-method withdrawal policy to mitigate financial crime risk.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified accounts in good standing can expect PKR withdrawal requests to be processed within one business day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within three to five business days for bank transfers. Black Diamond VIP tier players receive priority processing.
4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the ppk365 cashier section. ppk365 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments where operationally necessary, with each instalment processed within the standard timeframe.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotional offer is explicitly stated as "wager-free," all bonus funds credited to a ppk365 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified; unused bonus funds expire upon the deadline without replacement.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, video poker, and certain RNG table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Players with bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be given a reasonable period to complete the applicable wagering requirement before a discontinued offer is removed from their account.
6.1 Game Availability. The availability of specific games and betting markets on ppk365 may vary by player location and may be subject to change. ppk365 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game or betting market at any time without prior notice to players.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, ppk365 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Where possible, ppk365 will restore the player's wager to their PKR wallet. ppk365 is not liable for winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session.
6.3 Sportsbook Betting Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting event, ppk365's decision shall be final and binding.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on ppk365. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface. ppk365 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account betting limits where warranted.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ppk365. Violations will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
8.1 Commitment. ppk365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. 11.2 ppk365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppk365 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons.
11.3 Force Majeure. ppk365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event. ppk365 will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as soon as practicable following a Force Majeure event.
12.1 ppk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, ppk365 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with the player's account or via a prominent notice on the platform.
12.2 Continued use of the ppk365 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your ppk365 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any real-money PKR balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
13.2 ppk365-Initiated Closure. ppk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where ppk365 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. In such cases, ppk365 may withhold balances pending investigation and reporting to relevant authorities.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which ppk365 is licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ppk365 internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting a representation by ppk365 that the use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the ppk365 platform complies with applicable local laws.
